SpringHill Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown

This is a GREAT spot downtown, connected to the Baird Convention Center. The front staff was very personable and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast impressed me. It was one of the best I've had in a long time and I stay at hotels throughout the year. They provided a large variety of foods and they kept everything warm/cold as needed. The breakfast area was very clean and well staffed with friendly people. If you need extras for your room (blankets, towels, bedding for the pull-out) be sure to ask for that up front. It's upon request. Also, the walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. While the room itself was pretty quiet, we had loud "neighbors" just below us (we were on the 2nd floor) and heard their laughter until about midnight when we had to be up very early the next day. There are a few things that are nearby and walkable, but everything you'd need is within 10 minutes. Valet parking was easy and just as much as the parking with in/out privileges nearby.

Great experience. Valet staff is top notch. Brad was a delight to work with and super professional and helpful. Hotel is close to everything and so much within walking distance.

We relocated to Milwaukee and stayed at SpringHill Suites for one night. Parker at the front desk was the first person we met and to say excellent customer service would be an understatement. He made our stay and is an asset to this hotel! The hotel was clean, bed was comfy and the attached restaurant was yummy. Lastly, there is surface parking for oversized vehicles if needed. If you looking for a nice stay don’t pass up on this place.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the Baird Center. I was impressed with the fast and friendly service by the staff. We had to check bags a couple times and used the valet service. Every time, the staff was quick to help. The valet had our car back to us almost immediately. The breakfast was good with helpful staff. The room was modern and spacious. My only complaint is the tile floor in the shower was a little uncomfortable on the feet. I would definitely come back.

I traveled here for one of the Harley dealer forums. It’s very conveniently located right across from the Baird Center. I could duck back to my room at lunch to freshen up, which was really nice. They’ve got a complementary breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy, but typically Crook, other pastries and continental items. It’s nice to be able to catch something quick before you head out. My room is very clean and everybody was very friendly. I would absolutely stay there again.

Took a quick, last minute weekend trip from Chicago to Milwaukee and despite the fact that there was a Bucks and Marquette game, we were able to get in! Very thankful. We were also greeted immediately by Parker who was lovely and provided us with a personally curated list of his favorites which was the cherry on top. Room was clean, area was quiet, and was a very weekend trip.

I very nice stay especially when compared to the price, I could stay there on minimum wage. All the staff were friendly. The room was a nice size but the TV was I odd color but you wouldn't want to watch as Milwaukee was such a city to visit m I highly recommend visiting Milwaukee and if you need I nice affordable hotel stay here

We had great service throughout our 2 night stay. Everything was very clean. We had one small issue with the heater making some loud noise the first night but after a quick stop at the front desk the next morning it was fixed by the time we came back to the room later that day. My daughter and I thought the free breakfast was above average. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location was great with the skyway access.
